Every cadence is contractually committed. The window for each artefact is reproduced in the Service Schedule. If we miss, the breach is logged in the audit trail and the resolution timeline is published to your tenant.

Preparer

Orkestra signs the work product.

Orkestra acts as Preparer on every artefact. We sign every artefact with the engine version, the model card reference, the citation list, and the per claim confidence band. The Preparer signature attests that the artefact was produced by the Orkestra engine using the inputs available, scoped to your licence perimeter, with citations to source.

Accountable Signer

Your named officer signs the record.

Your designated officer electronically co-signs each artefact as the Accountable Signer. The role mapping is indicative and follows the artefact: MLRO for AML and sanctions, Compliance Officer for prudential, conduct, and operational resilience, DPO for data protection. The Accountable Signer signature attests that your officer has reviewed the artefact, accepts it as a record on behalf of your entity, and confirms that your entity remains responsible for any action taken on the basis of it.

Audit trail commitment

Every alert read. Every prepared artefact. Every signature. Every confidence band per claim. Every citation. Every remediation transition. Logged by user, role, and timestamp. Engine version and model card reference recorded against every prepared item.

Retained

Twenty four months on Standard. Eighty four months on Enterprise. Contractual quality threshold reproduced in Service Schedule X.7 of every tenant agreement.

Exportable

Per tenant audit log exported to a downloadable archive on demand. Within twenty four hours of request. The export format is supervisor friendly: signed PDF dossier per artefact plus a CSV of the underlying log lines.

Sequenced for build immediately after Practitioner of Record signature. Each module ships a dedicated obligation map, a tenant scoped posture template, and a dedicated section in the monthly board pack.
